The space

Stunning Brand New Custom built Lakehouse. Huge Open Plan Kitchen, Dining, Living. Floor to ceiling windows, floor to ceiling Gas fireplace. French doors of the living to the Wrap Around Deck, with another door to the deck from the kitchen. Large 10 seater Dining room table with stunning views out over the Lake. Equipped Office area. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the items one might need, whether it’s baking items and cookware that you need, mixing bowls, BBQ utensils and cookware, Champagne bucket in the wine fridge. Rice Cooker, Pots, Pans, selection of Frying Pans. Many guests comment that our kitchen is better stocked than their own home kitchens:) A gorgeous brand new couch with other seating. With snug rugs beneath your feet. The Lakehouse has candles all around for cosy romantic evenings,
The 4 bedrooms are all decorated with top quality bedding, sheets, throws, bedside tables, bedside lamps. Snug rugs under your feet. The main bedroom is a large room with Luxury sheets and bedding, luxurious throws. a large Walk in Closet. The bathroom has a tub, with a selection of 2 different types of bubble bath, as well as some bath salts, for our guests to enjoy a soak after their day. A large shower and as with all the bathrooms, I supply very good quality Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Soap Bars. Each wash sink has a soap bar as well as hand soap and hand cream. I also supply body lotion, as well as a large selection of sunscreen in the spring to the end of summer months. Our towels are super fluffy and very soft, we supply face cloths, hand towels, bath towels, and towels for the shower.
In the summer you will find beach towels for you and your guests, in the Fall and Winter we provide blankets to wrap up in, when outside around the Fire-pit.
All in all, it is my upmost goal that your experience here at Kynance Cove is one of comfort and luxury. Whether it is having fun out on the water with our water sports equipment that we supply complimentary or out on the frozen lake enjoying snowmobiling or skating, or enjoying an evening around the Fire pit. We also supply the fire wood complimentary. It is my sincere wish that my guests will arrive and feel instantly relaxed, with a sense of being cared for with how I present KerryAnne Lakehouse and to depart after having a fun filled, relaxed time, feeling recharged and ready to take on all of the challenges of Life.
